📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow statements,Prepare and process payroll for employees,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements,Monitor and control company expenses,Provide accounting support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations
