📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
  • Manage and monitor the budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Support the Finance Director in developing and implementing financial strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide training and guidance to finance team members.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
