In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and developing key client relationships.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales.,Provide training and support to sales teams.,Assist in the development and maintenance of client databases.,Participate in marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
