📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the developmental stages of young learners.
• Support students individually and in small groups to enhance their learning and development.
• Collaborate with primary teachers to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Participate in school-wide events and activities to support the overall educational experience.
• Work closely with parents to communicate student progress and address any concerns.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methods and classroom practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or assisting in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic team environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
• Passion for fostering a love for learning and creating a supportive classroom environment.
