In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding potential candidates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and phone screens to assess candidate fit.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.,Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with interview panels.,Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires.,Assist in preparing and distributing offer letters and other HR documents.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the recruitment strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other HR software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
