You will work closely with the Sous Chef to prepare and cook meals, manage kitchen operations, and maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and menus.,Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, food costs, and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served on time.,Troubleshoot and resolve food quality and safety issues.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve kitchen operations and food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
