📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to boost sales.,Collaborate with the store manager to achieve overall store performance goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
