📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks using high-quality beans and premium equipment.
• Manage the coffee shop operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Train and mentor baristas to maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer service.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as coffee industry standards.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all Pause And Padel locations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a barista or coffee shop manager in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to manage and train a team of baristas.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Certification in coffee brewing (e.g., SCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
