🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry, preferably in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing F&B operations and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including health and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Proficient in using F&B management software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
