📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Manage our accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasting financial performance, and identifying areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely financial information, supporting our decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulations.
• Experience with financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear and concise reports.
