📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards for the fleet.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including maintenance, fuel usage, and vehicle performance.,Investigate and resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet, such as accidents or breakdowns.,Work closely with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best possible deals on fleet vehicles and related services.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of the fleet.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status and performance of the fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as transportation, logistics, or business administration.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards for fleet management.
