Silver Shop Abadi is looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are always in top condition. This role is crucial in maintaining our operational efficiency and safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule maintenance and repairs.,Track and manage fuel consumption, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with regulations.,Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure all vehicles meet safety standards.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, fuel usage, and maintenance costs.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Ensure all documentation related to fleet operations is up-to-date and compliant.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing delivery routes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and experience with commercial vehicles is a plus.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
