📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
Oversee talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Manage employee development programs and performance management systems.
Administer compensation and benefits packages, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and leadership.
Collaborate with the executive team to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools like SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR for efficient HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.
Certifications in HR management, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are a plus.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a similar role in a mining or industrial company is a plus.
