Hub Place Berjaya is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Jimbaran. We are looking for a professional who can handle various HR tasks and contribute to the growth and development of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing and benefits administration.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
