📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing leadership and training as needed.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Handle inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
