📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.,Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflows and improve productivity.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of operational procedures to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities and performance metrics.,Provide operational support to senior management and assist in decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Train and mentor junior staff on operational best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving operational goals and improving efficiency.
