Port Bloom Ekspansindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Manado. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance activities of our facilities, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities of the facility, including equipment, machinery, and infrastructure.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders to ensure timely and efficient maintenance.,Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to identify and address issues before they escalate.,Train and mentor junior technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.,Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of facilities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and train others.,Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel for work as needed.
