📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the production team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to the team.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
  • Manage resources, including personnel and materials, to optimize production efficiency.

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall production processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing production teams and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of production software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
