📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and espresso-based beverages.,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Ensure the quality and freshness of coffee beans and supplies.,Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.,Clean and sanitize work areas to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage safety practices.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
