📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide legal guidance and support for GenAI implementation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement legal frameworks for GenAI technologies.
  • Advise on legal issues related to data privacy and security in the context of GenAI.
  • Conduct legal due diligence for GenAI projects.
  • Represent Execo in legal matters related to GenAI.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of GenAI and its legal implications.
  • Mentor and guide junior legal professionals in the team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in legal counseling or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of technology and its legal implications.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
