Spot Home Group is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior QC Inspector to join our team in Manado. As a Senior QC Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes. You will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve any quality issues, and help to improve our overall quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.,Identify and document quality issues, defects, and non-conformities, and work with the production team to resolve them.,Perform statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and analyze production processes and ensure they are operating within acceptable limits.,Develop and implement quality improvement plans and projects to enhance product quality and reduce defects.,Train and mentor junior QC inspectors and other team members on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality requirements are integrated into product development and manufacturing processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and inspection, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and familiarity with quality standards and regulations.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools, such as Minitab, SPSS, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective solutions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
