Indonesia Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior QC Staff to join our team in Ciamis, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our insurance processes and products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality control checks on insurance processes and products,Identify and report on quality issues and discrepancies,Work with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements,Develop and maintain quality control procedures and standards,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control best practices,Monitor and analyze quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement,Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with industry standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Insurance, or a related discipline,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or a similar role in the insurance industry,Strong knowledge of insurance products and processes,Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
