📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly
  • Develop and implement a documentation strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives
  • Review and edit technical documentation written by other team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing
  • Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices
  • Create and maintain user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to create and maintain product literature and other promotional materials

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, with a strong background in software development
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex technical concepts
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or other documentation management systems
  • Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment, with a strong understanding of software development methodologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for technical writing and a commitment to creating high-quality, user-friendly documentation
