Smart Up Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Tutor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tutoring services to our students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals. This is a full-time position located in Pasuruan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans,Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions,Assess student progress and provide feedback,Collaborate with other tutors and educational staff,Maintain accurate records of student performance,Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject, or equivalent experience,Minimum of 3 years of tutoring experience,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with educational technologies and tools,Proven track record of student success,Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
