📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the stamping / press division, ensuring efficient and safe operations.,Oversee the production process, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of skilled workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Optimize production schedules and resources to meet production targets and customer demands.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes.,Maintain and improve safety protocols and practices within the division.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on stamping or press operations.,Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other manufacturing software is a plus.,Ability to travel within Bali for business purposes.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
