📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Promote and upsell products to increase sales,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software,Proven track record of achieving sales targets,Fluency in English and Indonesian
