📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity and consistency,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other types of technical documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to customers and employees on the use of our products and services,Work with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and case studies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with software documentation or user manuals is a plus
