As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of retail associates, ensuring that our stores are well-stocked, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with the mall management and store managers to coordinate promotions, events, and other retail activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, resolving customer complaints, and implementing quality control measures to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

• Manage and supervise a team of retail associates to ensure high standards of customer service and sales performance.
• Oversee daily operations of the retail floor, including inventory management, stock rotation, and loss prevention.
