As a Management Trainee - HRBP, you'll work closely with business leaders to drive HR strategies that align with organizational goals. You'll gain exposure to various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and learning & development. This dynamic role offers a fast-paced environment where you'll develop essential skills in HR analytics, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives
- Support talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
- Contribute to learning & development initiatives, including training program design and employee coaching
- Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and policy interpretation
- Support HR analytics and reporting, using tools like SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to HR process improvements
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in HR or a related field
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
