📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and supervise the installation of mechanical and electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate M&E systems into building designs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in M&E engineering.
• Prepare detailed reports, drawings, and specifications for project documentation.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project milestones.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard design software.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards in Indonesia, particularly in Bali.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Valid professional engineering license or certification, preferably from Indonesia or a recognized international body.
• Experience working on high-profile construction projects in Bali or a similar tropical environment.
