In this role, you will daily prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using our high-quality beans and state-of-the-art espresso machines. You will also interact with customers, take orders, and ensure our coffee shop runs smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art espresso machines.
• Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and follow the store's operational procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in a coffee shop or café.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passionate about coffee and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
